Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order or pre-order you've placed prior to it shipping to you, however, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the refund so that we may recover our credit card processing fees, shipping supplies, labor, and any other expenses we've already incurred for your previously placed order.

To request an order / pre-order cancellation and a 90% refund, please send your order number (BTTF-2xxxxxx) to sales@backtothefuture.com and the reason for your cancellation request.

Please note that donations to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research are non-refundable.
